Welcome to Loc N Kev! I am a licensed stylist who specializes in locs and natural hair care. Due to limited amount of space available we ask that no additional guest are in the lobby. Parents are welcome to sit with their child(ren) being serviced. All clients are REQUIRED to pay a deposit of $25. Deposit will apply towards your service. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Remaining balance may be paid via cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay on day of service. Please be on time. I do offer a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes a $15 late fee will be added on to your total. After 20 mins your appointment will be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please be considerate of my time. You are able to reschedule your own appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time, just go to your confirmation email and edit appointment details. Appointments canceled within 24 hour window will result in a cancellation fee. At this time I DO NOT offer sista loc/micro loc services. I also do not currently offer any type of loc extension or repair services and I am not able to service locs that go past the waist as I would not be able to properly wash them. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
